Having retired after a decade as the Deputy Director for the Medical Equipment Training Centre and Medical Workshop of Chris Hani Baragwanath Hospital, the third largest hospital in the world, Pauline Tlale is well versed in training clinical staff and technicians in the use of all the equipment and devices that make a modern hospital function.

She continues to be available to provide training and advisory services for hospitals and medical facilities looking to ensure the competent use and maintenance of their equipment by staff and technicians.
